Join a Guild
Children's Hospital Guild Association has distinguished itself through exceptional support of Children's Hospital. For 100 years, caring guild members have pursued the goal of assuring that each child in the Northwest has access to world-class health care.
Our Guild Association is made up of 7,000 generous women and men of all ages who contribute their time, energy and compassion to support the work of the hospital. By connecting our community, guild members raise millions of dollars each year to help families who cannot afford the full cost of their child's health care.
There are many benefits to joining our Guild Association, including the wonderful feeling of giving to children who need your help.
Choose a guild
In 1907, Anna Clise invited 23 friends to join her in contributing $20 each toward a hospital caring solely for children. A century later, that tradition continues.
You too can join the original 23 guild members and the thousands of friends who have followed. Whether you live in Seattle, Spokane or Bellingham, there are nearly 500 guilds to choose from.

Annual membership
There are several levels of membership:
- Guild Association Membership — $20
- Bambino Membership — $100
- Life Membership — $1000
(One lifetime contribution) - Junior Membership — $10
18 years or younger - Senior Membership — $10
65 years or older
Membership for new individuals who join the Guild Association before June 1 extends until Sept. 30 of that fiscal year. Membership for those who join the Guild Association after June 1 will be extended until Sept. 30 of the following fiscal year.
