She is also a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving.
As a charitable gift planner, she works with individuals and their professional advisors to design tax-exempt strategies that address donors' financial and philanthropic goals.

Ester has more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing and fundraising. Her most recent fundraising experience was as Director of Development at Zion Preparatory Academy in Seattle, Washington.
In her role she will be working with individuals and their advisors to creatively and effectively develop strategies that can help them leave a charitable legacy, reduce taxes and maximize benefits from their assets.

Sue administers the trust and estate gift program and is involved in all aspects of the Foundation's trust services and legacy planning program.
Sue's responsibilities include the stewardship of estate gifts, charitable trusts, and gift annuities, charitable planning support to advisors and donors, gift illustrations, record-keeping, and donor recognition.

Kim plans trust seminars, special events, such as the Guardians' Circle Luncheon and continuing education seminars for advisors.
Additionally, she coordinates the development of publications and legacy planning brochures.
